1. Who We Are

Better Leads is an appointment-generation service operated by Research and Acquisition LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. When you use betterleads.marketing or our appointment service, you are entering into an agreement with Research and Acquisition LLC.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a form on betterleads.marketing or using our service in any way, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a licensed or operating contractor, tradesperson, or local service business;
• The information you provide is accurate and current; and
• You agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. The Service — What We Provide

a. Appointment Generation

On your behalf, we identify homeowners in your service area who are interested in your service, confirm their interest, and schedule an appointment for you to meet with them or provide an estimate. Each appointment is exclusive to your business.

b. Your First Appointment Is Free

Your first booked appointment is provided at no cost, with no obligation to continue. It is intended to let you evaluate the quality of our service for yourself.

c. What an Appointment Includes

• Homeowner first and last name
• Contact details (confirmed reachable)
• Service requested and job details
• Location / service area
• Scheduled appointment time

d. No Package, No Monthly Fee, No Contract

You are not buying a package and there is no monthly subscription or long-term contract. After your free appointment, you may choose to continue on a pay-per-result basis as disclosed to you before any charge. You may stop at any time by contacting us.

4. Billing and Payment

Your first appointment is free. If you choose to continue afterward, all charges are disclosed to you before any payment is collected, and you authorize Research and Acquisition LLC to charge the payment method on file for the stated amount. Pricing is on a per-result basis as agreed at the time you continue.

If your payment method is declined, further appointments may be paused until a valid payment method is on file.

5. Appointment Quality & Replacement

We stand behind our verification standard. If a delivered appointment meets any of the following, you may request a replacement:

• The homeowner's contact details are invalid or unreachable after documented attempts;
• The service requested is outside your stated trade;
• The location is outside your stated service area; or
• The appointment is a confirmed duplicate of one previously delivered to your account.

To request a replacement, contact us within 72 hours of the appointment notification. Replacements are credited to your account.

Replacements are not issued for appointments that simply did not result in a booked job, homeowners who change their mind, or price objections after you meet with the customer.

6. Appointment Delivery

Appointment details are delivered by SMS and email to the contact information you provide at signup. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current and to show up to scheduled appointments.

Delivery speed depends on market conditions and the volume of qualifying homeowners in your service area. We make no guarantee regarding timeframe for any individual appointment.

7. Your Responsibilities

• Contact the homeowner promptly and keep scheduled appointments.
• Maintain valid contact and payment information on file.
• Notify us if your trade, service area, or contact information changes.
• Comply with all applicable laws when contacting customers, including TCPA and state telemarketing rules.

Research and Acquisition LLC is not a party to any contract between you and the homeowner and is not responsible for the outcome of any job, estimate, or service interaction.

8. No Guarantees on Results

We verify that each appointment meets our quality standard before delivery. We do not guarantee that any homeowner will hire you, any specific revenue, job volume, or return on investment, or any specific timeline. Results depend heavily on how quickly and professionally you follow up.

9. Cancellation and Pausing

You may pause or cancel at any time by contacting us at support@betterleads.marketing or calling (669) 609-5640. Cancellations take effect before the next appointment is delivered.

10. Communications Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in on our forms, you consent to receive communications from Research and Acquisition LLC (Better Leads) via SMS, email, and phone regarding your inquiry, your account, and your appointments. SMS messages are sent only to users who have explicitly opted in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our web forms. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency may vary. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS, or reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell your contact information to unaffiliated third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Research and Acquisition LLC's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our service is limited to the amount you paid us for the appointment in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost business, or lost revenue.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Research and Acquisition LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our service, your interactions with homeowners, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Clark County, Las Vegas, Nevada.
